The castle Hellbrunn (Schloss Hellbrunn) - I would rather refer it to palaces, not castles. It is in 25 minutes drive from Bad Reichenhall, on the territory of Salzburg (Austria), so if you go by car ,buy a vignette. The palace stands from the back side of the zoo, you can get from the palace's park to the zoo, and on the contrary , there are combined tickets , but remember that if you go out from the park ,you will not get back by this ticket, and the car is parked at the palace;))

There are audio guides in English in the castle and on the excursion. The excursion in the palace is ordinary; you won't know anything special, interesting and exciting new. But the walk outside….. IS GREAT!!! Also, take the audio guide and follow the excursion. Why? Because all main entertainments are outside and they all connected with water. If it is hot outside, the sun shines, hide your mobile phones and cameras)))
